Payment methods
Add or replace a payment method in the workspace's billing area. Teams and enterprises with annual agreements can arrange invoicing through sales.
Invoices and receipts
Invoices for your charges are available from the billing area. Keep them with your finance records.
Company details on invoices
Add your legal name, tax number and billing address before your next renewal so they appear on future invoices.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, update the payment method promptly. Contact support if you are unsure about the state of your account.
If you cannot see billing, you probably do not have the role that manages it. Ask your workspace owner.
