Troubleshooting
Fixes for the problems people hit most when connecting an AI tool.
Most problems are fixed by reconnecting or by switching address.
Connected, but every call fails
If you were never asked to sign in, remove the server from your tool and add it again so the sign-in starts.
"Insufficient scope", or asked to sign in again
A newer tool needs a permission your connection did not grant. Reconnect and approve the new consent.
"Not in this profile"
The tool is not in your catalog. Switch to the address the message names. See Choosing a catalog.
"Not available" with a plan
The workspace's plan does not include that feature.
A confirmation expired
Confirmations last ten minutes. Run the action again.
Wrong workspace
Use automo_switch_workspace, or pass the workspace explicitly on the call.
